There is no onsite parking at the Christchurch Town Hall, however there are several public car parks you can view a carpark map here. There is a drop off zone in front of the building on Kilmore Street.

Grand Millennium offers a special conference rate of $15 per day or $25 over night.

Hearing loop
Christchurch Town Hall has hearing loop facilities in the Douglas Lilburn Auditorium and James Hay Theatre. For special seating requirements such as hearing difficulties or impaired mobility please contact Ticketek on 0800 842 538.
Wheelchair access
The Christchurch Town Hall is wheelchair accessible and has wheelchair allocated seating in both the Douglas Lilburn Auditorium and James Hay Theatre. For wheelchair seating and inquiries, please call Ticketek on 0800 686 67. We have wheelchairs available for guests - contact info@vbase.co.nz to request a wheelchair.
Guest access
We have lift access for Guests to the Gallery Level of the Auditorium and the Mezzanine Level of the James Hay Theatre. Circle Level access in the James Hay is by stair access only.

Wheelchair access
Grand Millennium Auckland is wheelchair accessible with elevators available to both our Atrium Level and Ballroom Level. From the Lobby, this elevator is located down the corridor from the Concierge Desk or the elevator on your left from the carpark entrance.
Accessible car parks are located on Level 8 of the Car Park.
The hotel is more than happy to allocate area for wheelchair seating, please contact the Event Manager to ensure this is pre-allocated.
Guest access
There are two main entrances to the hotel; the main forecourt will bring you into the Lobby (Ground Level) with stairs and an escalator available to Atrium Level. The second entrance is located off Vincent Street and will bring you directly into the Atrium Level. From the Atrium, there is a second staircase and escalator to the Ballroom Level.
Parking
Grand Millennium Auckland's carpark is located next to the hotel on Mayoral Drive. As you arrive to hotel's carpark, you will need to take a ticket from the Machine, once the barrier is open we have dedicated hotel parking spaces between levels 6 – 10**. Grand Millennium Auckland has approximately 125 spaces available to both Public and visitors to the hotel and these are located between levels with 2 x Accessible Spaces on Level 8.
There is Lift access to the Grand Millennium from all even floors of the carpark with open access to the lobby on level 8 and the Ballroom on level 10.
Once you have parked your vehicle, you will need to see the Concierge team to validate your ticket and this is will be charged at the discounted special conference rate, available for a 24 hour period with single entry and exit use. The validation process can be done upon arrival or departure at your leisure.
**Please note spaces are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed on the day.
If the hotel's carpark is full then there are two alternative options; Civic Theatre Underground Carpark and Wilson Car Park both located on Greys Avenue.
